Warranty Policy
IronClad is committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We offer an extensive warranty service that includes unlimited repair and replacement of parts within the stated period. Additionally, all individual parts warranty by the original manufacturer is honored by IronClad.
If repair service is needed, it will be provided at the seller's location within Hong Kong City. Before the buyer brings the faulty system back to the seller's location, remote diagnosis will be performed. The buyer will not need to pay for any replacement parts, transportation, or labor involved in the repair and replacement process. An unlimited number of repairs and replacements are available within the warranty period. The warranty period for each system starts on the date of delivery and ends on the specified date on the invoice.
For customers located in the United States, any repair requests will be serviced at our repair location in the United States. If a repair is necessary within the first 60 days after purchase, IronClad will cover the cost of shipping the system both ways. After 60 days, the customer will be responsible for shipping the system to our repair location. Once the repair is completed, IronClad will cover the cost of shipping the system back to the customer.
However, please note that IronClad does not cover any of the following situations:

Parts damage due to careless use, including but not limited to using extension plugs for the main system power, resulting in power supply damage, bending of any contact pins, or any visible physical damages.

Software issues, such as BIOS/driver/Windows issues.

Any damages to the glass section of the case.

After extensive self or third-party repair is done on the machine without Ironclad's consent.

IronClad reserves the right to deny warranty service if the system has been damaged due to natural disasters, power surges, or any other events beyond our control.

IronClad will not be responsible for any loss of data or programs, or any consequential damages, during the repair or replacement process.

Any modifications or alterations made to the system by the customer will void the warranty, unless the customer receives written consent from IronClad.

The warranty does not cover any damage caused by the installation or use of unauthorized or incompatible hardware or software.
In case of dispute, IronClad reserves the right of final discretion.
Delivery Policy
IronClad offers free door-to-door shipping in the Hong Kong area, with the exception of buildings without elevators, which may incur an additional charge as per our transport contractor's quote. Restricted areas, including but not limited to New Territory villages and border areas, may also incur an additional charge. Delivery to the edge of these areas is possible. All island locations can be delivered to the closest pier. For any Hong Kong orders, delivery time is within 10 working days after confirmation of the order.
For Macau customers, we ship via SF Express, which is paid by the receiver. Delivery time is within 10 working days after confirmation of the order.
The standard delivery time for customers located in the United States is within 21 days after confirmation of the order.
Return Policy
Customers may return products within 7 days of delivery and receive a refund, but a service charge of 20% of the total refund will be charged on returns. To be eligible for a refund, products must be in working condition with no physical or other damages, with the original packaging intact.Refunds before delivery will incur a 30% service charge. At IronClad, we are dedicated to providing our customers with the best possible service and support, and we stand behind the quality of our products.
Additional Policies
- IronClad will not be responsible for any damages caused by improper transportation of the system by the customer or any third party.
- IronClad reserves the right to modify or amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
